Over-The-Counter preparations and certified organic
private label products. Established in 1989 to provide
personal care products to the natural product &
organic industry, the business evolved to fill a manufacturing
niche for specialty creams, ointments and soaps.

areas of cosmetic manufacturing, currently manufacturing
a wide range of organic products.
These
include skin care, hair care, health and beauty
aid items, masks, scrubs, as well as certified
organic personal care blends which can be used
as an added ingredient to your existing blend.

Riddells Creek Victoria country area. Both 20

& Development

Organic Formulations works closely with each
individual customer to insure that new products
meet all design criteria. We deliver products
and services that meet the changing needs of
our customers.

Quality
Control
is responsible for all In Process Checks, Adjustments
and product matching.
After
quality check, the product is released for filling
and transferred to a holding tank or tote where microbial
test procedures are performed on the finished products
as well as cleaning and sanitization procedures for
Organic Formulations filling equipment.
A
pick list is issued and components are staged outside
the filling room to ensure all the components are
available in correct amounts.
During
the filling process, samples are again taken and evaluated
by Quality assurance to insure the product meets proper
fill and label weight torque, and overall product
quality including, odor and appearance.
All
filling processes are performed under Current Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Certified Organic
BFA ( Biological Farmers of Australia) guidelines.
The
finished product is packed into shipping containers,
stacked on pallets, counted, and wrapped with clear
polyurethane to secure the containers to the pallet
as well as prevent possible loss. Pallets are then
transferred to the warehouse or the shipping dock
to await shipment.
